Most of your customers are going to find you on their phone, so that's what I design for first, and I make sure it loads fast.

Every page has your hours and directions, a button to call you, and a form that goes straight to your email.
It starts with a phone call. You tell me about your business and what you need, and I'll ask a few questions. Within a couple of days I send you a quote in writing, and that's the price. It won't go up later unless you ask me to add something.
Half of it gets the work started. I build the site over the next one to three weeks, and you get to see the design and ask for changes before you pay the rest. Once you're happy with it, I put it live and keep it running for you.
Most sites take two to four weeks from the first call.
You pay once for the build, and then monthly if you want me to host it and look after it. The prices below are where each build starts. After we talk, you get the exact price in writing before I start.

You do. The site, the domain and everything on it are in your name from the start.
You take the site with you. I'll send you all the files and help whoever you go with next get set up.
No. Half gets the work started, and you pay the rest after you've seen the design and you're happy with it.
No. The quote is the price. If you ask for something extra along the way, I'll quote that separately and won't start on it until you say yes.
No, you can host it yourself if you want. Most people would rather not deal with backups, updates and renewals, and that's what the plan covers. If you have one and want to stop, you can cancel any month and keep the site.
Usually two to four weeks from the first call. A small site can be quicker, and an online store takes longer.
You can keep it. I'll point it at the new site, so there's nothing new to buy and your email keeps working.
On the Business build, yes. You get a dashboard where you can change your own text and photos and see your visitor numbers. Or just send me the change and I'll do it as part of your plan.
I have monitoring on every site I host, so I usually know before you do. If your site goes down, call me, whatever time it is.
